OpenGradient in Korea

Seoul, April 12–19. The full executive team. A week of stages, dinners, and first meetings with the community that will define what comes next.

Korea is the second-largest crypto market in the world. Roughly 30% of the population holds digital assets. The traders are sharp, the developers are fast, and the community has a low tolerance for vaporware. If something works here, it works everywhere.

For OpenGradient, this isn't a flyover. We're spending the full week in Seoul, hosting our first-ever Korean community meetup, co-hosting Cafe Lagrange with Lagrange and Sentient, pouring wine at Proof of Pour, co-hosting the VIP dinner at BUIDL Asia, and anchoring the conference as its Galaxy Sponsor. The goal is simple: put down roots before the token goes live.

Matthew Wang (LinkedIn, Co-founder & CEO), Adam Balogh (LinkedIn, Co-founder & CTO), and Advait Jayant (LinkedIn, CSO) will all will all be on the ground for the duration. If you're building at the intersection of AI and crypto, or even just thinking about it, this is the week to find us.

By mid-afternoon, espresso gives way to wine. The smaller, slower event, an intimate gathering for builders, researchers, and the genuinely curious. Seats are limited, and that's the point.

BUIDL Asia is one of the largest builder conferences in the region. OpenGradient is attending as Galaxy Sponsor with the full executive team on-site.

Matthew is speaking on verifiable AI inference.

Adam is presenting on decentralized model infrastructure.

Advait will be at the booth and judging the hackathon.

We're also co-hosting the official VIP dinner alongside Octant and KryptoPlanet, the kind of room where the most consequential introductions tend to happen.

Come Find Us

Every side event is free and open. BUIDL Asia itself requires a ticket. If you're a developer who wants to understand what verifiable AI inference looks like in practice, a researcher working at the boundary of cryptography and machine learning, an investor looking at infrastructure before the crowd arrives, or just someone who keeps asking what does on-chain AI actually mean, come find us. We'll be the ones still talking at midnight.

Join the Korean Telegram community for real-time updates throughout the week. We'll be sharing exact locations, schedule changes, and the inevitable impromptu dinners as they come together. Seoul is a city that rewards spontaneity. So do we.
